Are you getting a good balance of fat and protein in your diet? They are a lot more satiating than carbohydrates, which is what people tend to binge on. Most people tend to give up when they hit that plateau and revert back to how they were, be in the minority and be the one that makes it! Weight loss will slow from time to time as your metabolism will adjust as your body does. If you want any more help give me a shout :)

Regardless of the gym you're at, there are ways of having the drinks and food you like within moderation and still losing weight. If you have trouble with having small amounts of them foods you consume without binging on them then send me a request and I'll give you a few more pointers

There are always alternatives to the foods you crave, why not melting a small amount on top of rice cakes, or better yet, reach for dark chocolate instead, its nowhere near as bad for you in large amounts
