Hi Crimson! A lot of my clients have similar types of issues, motivation can drop from time to time, as we're only human at the end of the day. Setting out a good structure and solid plan is a really good way to get around this. Writing down some goals along with the plan isideal to do to go along with your plan. I'll link…

Good to hear you're back on the wagon! What's your plan so far? James
-
That can have an effect on your performance. Have you had similar amounts of rest before the workouts that you smashed and the ones you didn't ?
-
What do you consume before a workout? Certain foods are going to help provide energy for them
-
There's a few factors to consider here, without knowing your eating patterns etc its hard to tell what is causing your fatigue. Another could be motivation on some days. By the sounds of it it could be down to what you're consuming in my opinion, timing certain foods will give you a boost in energy and a decrease in fatigue

How much have you lost so far arose? I'm really wanting to help a few people on here so drop me a message if you're struggling and we can have a chat :)

When did you last adjust your calories intake? Your metabolism will slow down as you're losing weight so this will need to be decreased, depending on what your current calorie intake is. If you need any more info then drop me a message :)
