There aren't enough people eating Keto to justify MFP pivoting what they have done for years. The general population isn't going to follow keto. There are also some great macro tracker apps specifically for keto! I used MFP while eating Keto for a time. Is it possible? Yes. Does it take a little extra work? Also yes. One…

www.runningwarehouse.com also has a really good clearance section on their website and will let you return the shoes even after you have had a couple runs in them (I think you have like 3 months to try them).

I just finished my first 5k 3 weeks ago (as part of a 7 race series... in the summer... in Phoenix) and registered for the Rock n Roll Half in January Haha! Giving myself plenty of time to get ready. But yeah, that feeling of crossing the finish line was incredible.

This. I also like to walk/hike/jog or do some yoga.

What about the next 30 days? What happens then?

Log it and move on :) Maybe re-evaluate if your deficit is too large to maintain. Unrealistic deficits often lead to binges.

For me, that 135g of protein in a day.

The concept of OMAD (One Meal A Day) is to eat ALL of your daily calories in one meal. That means if MFP says to eat 1500 cals in a day, you eat a meal of 1500 cals. You still need to meet your minimum calorie goals. If you are unable to do that on OMAD, perhaps it isn't a way of eating for you.

Thanks. I went back and updated it, too :)

My macro percentage split is 5% carb/30% protein/65% fat. stayed in ketosis on that split.
-
My take? Do what works for you :) If you lose on 100g of carbs, thats great! Find a macro percentage that will help you feel satiated and keep you at your calorie goal.

ObeaseToBeast, Danny_getsfit, ChelseaLifts are all the ones I follow :) I will also watch MorganLosing from time to time.

Can only stomach them if I put them in a soup (like a pho type soup). Tried it as a pasta dish one time and barely finished them (had already tracked the meal haha)

I actually came here to find out the same thing. Haha! I am probably sticking with keto, eating what I can that is prepared, and bringing some other stuff as backup :)

Dont scan. search "cherry tomato, raw, usda". Should come up with a 1g weight option, and that is typically more reliable.
-
wait... you had a second option if you didnt like it? Lucky.

Only from my vegan fiancee when I eat meat. It keeps things spicy :D

9 weeks now, down about 25 pounds :) Lost the majority of it up front with water loss, down to around1.5 lbs/week. Great way to keep me on track with my calorie deficit.

Activity Level does not include purposeful exercise. You should put sedentary.

Eat more to give your body fuel.

a tablespoon of butter has 110 cals and makes veggies taste great when sauteed in it! :)

Waist and chest.

This is my biggest pet peeve when creating recipes as well. I haven't found a way around it either, but interested if anyone else has!

Keto is a way of eating that keeps me satiated and keeps me under my calorie limit. The fat/protein mix keeps me full and curbs my hunger. And there are ways to enjoy things you want to eat and make them keto friendly. Just requires some research and fun times in the kitchen! :) Long story short, if you can stay full on…

Thank you for the suggestion! I would drink more water, but I am already drinking over a gallon a day, some days pushing 1.75 gals. These Arizona summers are brutal. Haha!

Since your doctor is asking you to lose the weight, you may ask them to refer you to a registered dietician, especially considering the medication you are on and your current ailments. They will be able to create a healthy meal plan that will help you reach your goals.
-
You may also consider consulting a dietician

I freaked out the first time I saw this phenomenon. I thought I was dying.

This sounds more dangerous than eating something you are allergic to!
