I like Optimum Nutrition Rocky Road. My doctor told me that you want to find one that has less carbs than protein. You might eat an apple with it too, that helps me

Hello everyone, I am 36 mother of 3 kids (16, 14, and 12). I lost over 100 pounds last year but I have gained back about 20 this year. I am looking to lose about 50 total with what I have gained back. I would really love to get some friends that are in the same boat to motivate and support each other.

A big factor for myself and I'm pretty sure 95% of the MFP population is time. Time to exercise, time to prepare food and time to just relax and take time to yourself. I have three kids and work overnights so I have to balance between work, kids, myself and my husband. I also work a lot of overtime like 28 hours a week so…

I totally hear you with the anxiety of gaining the weight back. I lost over 100 pounds and everyday I'm afraid I'm going to gain it all and then some back. With you changing your eating habits, you are going to gain a little weight like you show you have but as long as you're sticking to what worked for you for the most…

I am new to this group but would like to join in. I have had a bad couple of weeks. "The Binge" has won more days than I have. It sucks. I try not to blame anyone but myself but my husband is definitely not into doing anything healthy for himself and seeing him eat and not work out I guess makes me think that it's ok for…

Hello, my name is Brandeis and I have problems with binge eating. I have been binge eating since I was a child. I lost over 100 pounds last year but it seems to be creeping back up because I can't seem to get control of my eating. I'm trying to stay away from appetite suppressants because they don't really work anyway but…

Have you changed your diet at all since you've gained?

First of all, congratulations on your weight loss. I started my journey at 314 and I went down to 189. I have since went back up to 209 as I lost my motivation too, mostly with eating but I feel like I'm more in control these days. Try to change it up, that might help. Good luck to you.

You can add me too.

Welcome back, I would love to help you in your journey.

Looking for friends for advice and motivation.

I weighed myself last night and was 209. I've been having issues gaining. Overall though, I've lost over 100 pounds since 3/24/15

I would like to join too.

Way to Go, You look amazing!!

Hi Soni, I recently went to night shift also. I try not to eat too much at night but if I do get hungry, I'll have a protein shake, apple and a serving of peanut butter.

I have been dealing with probably all my life. I would sneak food and engorge myself almost daily. I have to work every morning or whenever I am home not to raid the kitchen it absolutely sucks. I totally understand where you're coming from.

I am having bang bang shrimp pasta, some wine and maybe (depending on my cardio), an ice cream cone

Way to go!!

You look great and way to go!!

I get cravings after I get off work. I do great at work then I come home and my healthy eating is thrown out the door. I would like people to hold me accountable. I need to be honest with myself and log everything I eat.

I can only pick one? lol I love most veggies

You look great. Awesome job

I am queen of excuses lol. A few of mine are like you too busy, too tired or hurting. You and I are about the same weight and I only want to go down to 160. I lost around 125 pounds in 2015 but it's slowly creeping back. I would like to be support for you if you would like and maybe we can both get our rears in gear.

I am a little under 5'5" and at my heaviest was 314!! Last year starting 3/24/15 I embarked on the journey of losing the weight. Well, fast forward to today and I am a little over 200 pounds. I would like to lose another 50 but I am happy where I am at too. I have never been healthier physically and emotionally. Good luck…
