I totally feel you on that. I become a hermit when I gain weight. I used to be 314 pounds and I actually have seen people look past me and not at me. It's very disheartening.

I see. I do a lot of frozen vegetables. I usually divide a bag between two meals in a day. and to make it to my 30 grams of carbs I usually add a piece of fruit.

That does help thank you. I'm just finding that when I get home, I just feel so famished and feel like I have to eat everything in sight. I'm working with a therapist because it might be binge eating, but it might also be thirst. It's just really frustrating because I lost 125 pounds on dayshift and now it's creeping back…

Hey you can add me. I lost 125 in 2015 but have since gained back about 25 give or take. I've been trying to be more honest with myself on logging and would like someone to help me with that. I'm back in the weight room now and "trying" to get my diet under control. I would like to lose 50-60 pounds

Today I am proud that even though I am super sore from restarting weight training, I still lifted weights. I just really hope that I can get my eating under control. Going to work hard on this.

One thing that helped me control my eating a bit was logging in advance what I was going to allow myself to eat each day. I have had a little trouble with this lately but getting back into it
