  • I don't know about true weight, what is that anyway. However, the food we eat the day before does seem to have some affect depending on the type of food and your own body. Personally I see an in flux in my weight if I have a high sodium or high carb meal, my body reacts negatively to these type of meals. I do a lot of…
  • I'm 5'6 128 right now my goal is 125 I really want to get my body fat percent down 20% or less but that would put me way underweight so I'm a little stuck, I usually stick to 1200 calories but these last 2 day's I haven't even logged everything
  • Stretch marks aren't going to go away they can fade quite a bit though, for me exfoliating helped a lot and moisturizing, I exfoliate every day with a sugar scrub I made, but not everyone can or should exfoliate every day, every other day is probably better depends on what your skin can handle. But moisturize every day for…
  • I think time is the one thing that helps the most help, though I do believe lifting will make it look better, but with time as well, because I'm about your weight a little taller though and I'm the same. I lost almost 80 pounds, but I have this kinda hanging flab on my belly and under my arms and have noticed recently, now…
  • Sounds good, especially with the chocolate PB2 I love that stuff. I've seen a couple of nicecream recipes that I want to try when I get a chance because I'm such an ice cream fiend I want to try different healthier alternatives.
  • I don't have dessert every day mostly because prefer ice cream to anything else, and I just don't always have Ice cream in my freezer, but when I do its Magnums or halos every day
  • I'm not really an egg eater but you can literally put anything in eggs, all veggies, any kind of meat, and even some grains. If you need some inspiration check out Pinterest they have tons of recipes for eggs and in general whether it's low cal, paleo, whatever they have it
  • Honestly, it depends on the person I started out at 204, and I originally wanted to only get down to 150 that's how much my sister weighs and she looks great, but me at 150 I still looked chubby so I decided to lose more, even though I thought it was impossible. When you get to 180 it might be perfect for you, everyone's…
  • That's an amazing accomplishments, I'm 34 never had any kids and my stomach still isn't flat so I'm kinda obsessing over it I'm actually OK with where the rest of my body is expect my boob's they are sad and gone. Your weight is what ever is best for you where you feel and look your best to you, if you feel like you want…
  • Not an expert but pretty sure it's not worse than using nothing, I've tried using water jugs they are too awkward to lift for a lot of movements. I just use a combo of body weight, resistance bands, and my 5lb dumbbells, which works pretty well for me until I can upgrade.
  • I'm wondering about this too, I'm honestly confused about the whole eating back calories thing
  • I use my 5lb weights anyway, I need and want to get some 10lbs weights, I haven't been able to get around to doing it, plus I have nowhere to store my equipment. But when I use my 5lbs I just do more reps and sets, at least that's what my athletic weightlifting friend told me to do, she said it's better than using nothing…
  • Do you do cardio on the same days you lift? I also want to get to 125 because of my gut, but I don't know if it's fat, skin or both, I may still go for it.
  • That doesn't seem like a moderate workout seems kinda intense, do you do HIIT or spin on the same days you lift? I lift 4x A week, HIIT 1x per week, and do yoga every other Sunday, now I'm thinking I might have to add more cardio back into my routine.
  • Did you use MFP to figure out your calorie maintenance level, or another website?
  • 5 hrs lifting 1 hr yoga 11/2 hrs cardio
  • I want to be stronger, I want to able to do real push ups and pull ups, strengthen my core
  • I know this a year old, but you've given me so much hope, right now my stomach looks like yours did in the 2015 pic, I feel like I'm stuck like this but seeing what you did makes me feel a lot better. I know it's going to take time but hopefully, I will be able to do the same. You look absolutely amazing by the way
  • Did the same for me, also helps with my bloating
  • Coffee with cream and sugar I'm not really a breakfast person
  • Time is everything especially when your body weight and BMI are at normal, we are exactly the same, same height, same weight, same measurements except my waist is 28 my problem area, I just want to get my body fat percentage to 20% but it seems impossible I've been doing p90x for 2 1/2 weeks and I haven't seen any results.…
  • I think they taste better when they're made like Pho, ramen, or lo mein, or even something light like an olive oil garlic sauce. I've tried them with a bolognese sauce which was okay, but I don't think they work better with lighter sauces and soups.
  • You may not need exercise but it helps tremendously, in many ways. I don't do keto I just minimized my sugar intake, I usually just have it in my coffee, and I never drank alcohol and I went from an 18 to a 7, 6 in some brands. Wish you great success and support it's not easy but it will be absolutely worth it.
  • LOL, I do really wonder about certain things that are unmeasurable, it's like you end up just not eating it
  • I've never been to a gym, I do every thing at home
  • But if I maintain would I be able to lose some of my belly fat? That's the reason my friend thinks I need to lose 10 Lbs, will lifting help in that area?
  • I take grass feed beef collagen for hair and nails, and I can say it definitely helps with my nails, I've been taking it for 3 weeks now and my nails have been growing faster and stronger. And I've always had bad nails ever since I was a kid they were always brittle and flaky, plus I had a gross nail biting habit. Before I…
  • Fitness blender on youtube has really good works of all kinds, they mostly focus on HIIT but they have regular cardio, Pilates, weight training, and even yoga. There's also Hasfit and popsugar Fitness on Youtube, the only thing is with Hasfit they tend to work with weights a lot, and Popsugar doesn't have a lot of long…
  • Never said supplement companies didn't profit, but the pharmaceutical industry is almost a $500 billion industry they're banking in way more, anyway I'll explain myself a little more. one thing that I learned about my condition is that I have an Iodine deficiency that caused Hypothyroidism, because of that my doctor wanted…
