  • My trick for this is to go to bed pretty early if I stay up watching tv, reading, or even doing work I know I'll eventually want to snack on something, and if I have to be up, I snack on low cal snacks like popcorn or freeze-dried fruits, and coffee.

  • Right I wasn't doing a progressive program but I've been doing P90X for about a month and I have definitely notice that I have gotten stronger, but I wasn't consistant for the month I was doing it maybe 2-3 a week and I just got heavier weights.
