Thank you. I'm the biggest I've ever been too. I've never had the 'ERR' experience before. Just a few weeks ago my scale showed I was 443 lb. For the last week and a half it's been 'ERR' and I've been trying to lose weight since seeing the 443 so it was really depressing. But hopefully it will change now, for both of us.

My TDEE is approximately 3200 kcal. From 29 June to 27 September I'm supposed to have a target of 800 kcal/day using a formula for meal replacements and then transition to 1700 kcal/day from 28 September until my gp tells me to increase again. I'd very much like to know these yummy 'cheats'. :smile:
