  • I don't really have one. :blush: I think I use to do that and never really lost weight and felt defeated and gave up. Maybe if I was public about it , it might kick it into high gear....I should go search my closet.
  • I like to add that I have a thyroid issue, so me losing weight is extremely hard. So if it took me 6 months, it might take you 3 months. My doctor has told me it takes me twice as long to lose weight than normal people.
