You're a great inspiration, I saw a dietitian and she said pretty much the same, as long as you eat 1300-1400 and be active for about 15-60 minutes a day, then you will see results. I don't really have one. :blush: I think I use to do that and never really lost weight and felt defeated and gave up. Maybe if I was public about it , it might kick it into high gear....I should go search my closet.

I like to add that I have a thyroid issue, so me losing weight is extremely hard. So if it took me 6 months, it might take you 3 months. My doctor has told me it takes me twice as long to lose weight than normal people.

I also find it hard to workout in the evenings. Once I'm home, I'm exhausted and getting me to walk is tough. I need to up it to lose weight, I lost some weight with my current plan which is nice. My schedule that seems to fit me: 1. Log everything I eat - This seems to really help because before I didn't think I snacked…
