I think MFP is saying to drink more wine.

Common/Basic Ingredients: -Any fruit you like (preferably frozen for a thicker consistency) -Milk of your choice (very cold/slightly slush like for me) -Spices: Cinnamon (works wonders for banana, dark cherries, and strawberries), ginger, nutmeg,, cloves, pumpkin spice, etc. -Cocoa/Dark Cocoa Powder -Salt (kosher, sea…

I have McCormick's Pumpkin Pie Spice and the spices necessary to make it as well. Yes, that includes allspice, the single most useful spice in the mixture that makes or breaks it. If I want to sweeten it up myself I'll just use whatever sweeteners I've got.

Agreed. Thickens up protein fluff and pudding too.

I don't think I've heard or thought of this idea. With my love of pumpkin I must try it!

I guess I've been maintaining since late winter/early spring of this year. Although for the past few months a few people I'm acquainted with have been calling me the Skeleton Man lately. Thinking about increasing my calorie intake past 2100 if nothing much changes on my next weigh in. I'm also thinking about trying a…

I'm hungry all the time. It gets annoying really fast.

Works pretty will in greek yogurt, oatmeal, shake/smoothies, or just adding more PB to a sandwich. It's not bad with some cinnamon or cocoa powder and a little bit of sweetener or salt.

Frozen bananas sent through a food processor.

There is nothing wrong with using whey protein. If you do just use a small amount of xanthan gum and vary how much depending on whether or nut you use almond/cashew/non-dairy milk or plain milk. I tried my first 2 fluffs with frozen/slightly microwaved blueberries and frozen bananas and they came out quite well. In fact I…

How did it turn out after you froze it? I've read that it just deflates after a while. I haven't tried it myself yet.

Oh my god! I forgot about the squash family! Cucumbers, watermelon, and pumpkin should be taken into consideration as well. Agreed on the serving size on cereal.

Mesmerizing.

Vegetables: Cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, lettuce, spinach, kale, carrots, the pepper family (bell peppers, jalepenos, etc., the onion family Fruit: Some apples, strawberries, blueberries, other berries, grapes? (watch the carbs/sugar), cherries, oranges/clemetines, maybe peaches/nectarines, and the tomato family.

Yeah, since you're using whey protein xanthan gum is pretty much mandatory. The reason why it thickens up is because of the caseine thats found in milk. Caseine proteins can make a better fluff with smaller amounts of gum or no gum. I use whey protein as well since caseine is too costly.
-
I've used a half cup of cashew/almond milk on several occasions. Regular milk is supposed to work a little better because of the casiene already present in it which may allow for less xanthan gum needed. You can try a mixture of 1/2C Almond/Cashew with a 1/4C plain milk or go with at least a 1/2C of plain milk on its own.…

Has anybody tried mixing in a little SF/FF instant pudding mix into their fluff as it mixed?

My average is somewhere between 150-450. I try to keep it light in the morning since I'm always hungry until lunch.

Fried plantains sound kind of good right now.

I've made this several times now since the thread was made. Thank you! I can't wait to try and make a batch tomorrow with some Trutein samples I got.

You can try to bake/fry them and make beet chips or get several different types of beats, cut them into medallions/slices and turn them into a colorful salad.
-
Most foods from the onion family do have quite a bit of moisture and they will give your meat more flavor and texture without added spices and seasonings. A lot of bang for your buck.
-
Have you considered adding some kind of a sauce? Worcestershire, soy sauce, and any hot sauce you fancy tends to be the common choice. You can try adding a very small amount condiments or oil to the mix as well.
-
Just try a small sample of everything. Just be happy you aren't going to a Nigerian or African based restaurant. Their cuisine can be heavy on the oils.

Supposedly the same thing applies to bears and beasts of the hunt. My question is: What did you do to tick off a bear?

4.3 mph is pretty fast for "walking." I would consider that a light jog actually. If you can actually do that while walking then props to you good sir.

I tried a sample last week at a Vitamin Shoppe near me. I concur that it was quite sweet, even for me. I still don't think these bars are worth the money though.

Baked wild caught salmon, oven roasted carrots and broccoli, and 2 part-skim mozzarella sticks. I think I'm still hungry.
