Just remember these things: - Is it unsanitary to eat food in the back of the house? Yes. - Germs can easily spread so don't expect it to be clean all the time. No point in getting sick and getting stuck with a food-borne illness or food poisoning. Some of them can be permanent. - Can it get you fired? You bet! - You're…

Since they're free I'd say why not. You may learn something useful and enjoy them. Triple whammy!

Would you happen to know which Peanut Flour that user swears by?

Lately since I've restarted I've been doing fine on the weekdays. Then the occasional weekend hits and sometimes I find it hard to stop even though I'm not hungry. I used to be a lot better with things like this.

You can mix the cottage cheese with some parmesan, oregano, and an egg.

Do you have any flavor suggestions?

I forgot to mention tat I got around to trying my samples. The cinnamon roll taste a lot like cinnamon of course. I didn't care much for it. The apple pie on the other hand tasted a lot better in comparison. Like I said earlier I dont have much experience with Quest bars or their other products. Also, I've noticed I'm not…

Maybe 10 - 15 pounds from Thanksgiving -> New Years day. I can probably lose it all again by the end of March or early April. I chose to eat a lot (mostly calorie dense foods), attempted to listen to my body, decided to have fun again not restricting calories, and may have slightly slipped back into those bad habits. I'm…

It depends on what I ate at the time on whether or not it was a good or bad "full" feeling. Some things just feel better in the stomach than others

I was born in Wiesbaden, Hesse, Germany. I've lived in San Antonio, Texas for for almost 23 years now.

I still have stretch marks on some places on my shoulders, arms, lower torso, and maybe the thighs. I plan on keeping them as a reminder if they don't ever go away.

I just try to avoid man made trans fats (partially hydrogenated oils) and margarine.

Oh man. Don't get me started on the desserts I've made in my college culinary class.

Pumpkin Pie! Barely got any for Thanksgiving. :(

There is nothing wrong with that. Maybe eat it on toast or cook with it? You can try making a compound butter if you want.

Anybody can run or jog. Once your heart and lungs build up enough endurance you'd be surprised at how far/long you can go.

I think I've lost a newborn giraffe. -_0 I approve of these.

Yes they are. Even though they may still be considered natural sugar along with maple syrup. They're all classified as sugar, added or not.
