I drink water and tea throughout the day most of the time. Coffee in the morning, sometimes milk (dairy and non), and diet soda.

I would rather die than give up my fruits, vegetables, dairy, and the occasional added sugar.

That can vary for every person and it depends on how much of it may have been undercooked/raw.

Everything has been pretty stable for months. I was just curious if some prefered to adjusted their calories on the occasional lazy day.

I just go with TDEE everyday. Obsessive might be a bit much but I get where you're going with that. I was just curious how some people viewed the occasional lazy day and wanted some incite on whether or not BMR or TDEE was best while maintaining.

Try it with carrots, cucumbers, or zuchini and see if you like that.

I drink Folger's Classic French Roast (medium-dark). Most of the time I'll drink it black. Ocassionaly I'll add some sweetener like splenda, truvia, Sweet N' Low or a packet of Swiss Miss No Sugar Added Hot Cocoa.

Yes that's right. I apololgize for not providing the numbers. That was the only thing I could find for the cashew product I used. Everything you said is what I got as well. So I guess I may have been right after all.

My problem is that I don't keep that feeling of satiety after eating a meal for long. Within 30min-2hours I'm hungry again. I'm probably just not getting enough fats or something.

I've used treadmills before, just needed some more incite on reliable and affordable ones that meet my needs. I've been looking into that Sole F63 and it's looking pretty good.

Add it to greek yogurt, smoothies, ice cream, sandwiches/toast, pancakes/waffles, meat. I can keep going you would like.

I've been thinking about getting a tub of the Vanilla Whey Pure Protein myself since the PB and Marshmallow Cellucor protein I have is almost out and tastes bland. Has anybody tried baking with the Pure Protein brand before?

Aaahhh. So you used the broil setting to caramelize the sugar in the banana. I believe some people like to microwave their bananas but that's a whole other story. I need to try that in my oven. The broil setting gets no love.

I have McCormick's Pumpkin Pie Spice and the spices necessary to make it as well. Yes, that includes allspice, the single most useful spice in the mixture that makes or breaks it. If I want to sweeten it up myself I'll just use whatever sweeteners I've got.
