    stoopid pets - they're nocturnal .. yeah great idea to get a small child :huh:

    that said - sugar - meh I don't have strong feelings about it one way or t'other... I mean when you wrap it up with fats and carbs then we might be talking.. add a little to tinned tomatoes to counteract the tinned process in stews then OK .. but on it's own .. nah not fussed

    Oh, sugar wrapping or using sweeteners......I want to try a hard-boiled egg, wrap in prosciutto or chorizo, drizzle honey and chomp away. What other sweetener might go well with this? And OP I think I have 4-5 tsps of sugar with my morning coffee. The rest of the day I probably get some from condiments and some food options. I am feeling pretty good with some simple carbs in my system.
