Hello 9thwardchick...what worked for me was types of food, portions, sugars, sodium, and the times that i ate these foods. I never eat after 6pm daily. Absolutely Right Ang108....I stop intake at 6pm daily. ..my activity begins at 6am the following morning. ..my body receives 12hours average to heal and recover. This is a must in this jurney. Thankyou for shearing my sentiments on the matter.

AGREED! I count what is important. But there are times when you cannot count, so i just guess as close as i can... I agree nossmf....it is not i think needed to log everything, but i log 97 percent, easy, every day that i can get out of bed...it keeps me on track and keeps me from CHEATING...i must always watch my backside. ..lol lol...just today at work my friend came and gave me a full bag of candy, which i don't touch the stuff…

Great Job Chris....on your weight loss...i lost 84lbs in 11months. I was told protein is good and needed for muscle mass...And so i would say to get yourself a fitness coach and do what they advise you to do cause they have been down that road....Good Luck...Keep up the good work man...

Hello djBass, i have that fear so bad that i count anything and everything that goes into my stomach. ..o and all the stuff i quit eating, will not go into my stomach as long as i can help it...those "foods" were addicting and poisoning me.
