People have been telling me for the past 7 months "your going to waist away to nothing ", I am 5'8" and I weigh 180lbs. I think people have lost the visual perception of whats healthy and whats not healthy.

Veggies , Fruits, nuts, dry beans that i cook...no dairy, or fish at all. No breads or pastry products.

OK....i weigh 177-180....at work i hear, dude if you lose any more weight we will have to......i just rode my bike 10miles. ....also, i worked 14 hours. ..so how does a sick man do such things???
