Make sure you're getting pants that fit your waist, might need to be tailored for hips/legs to look how you'd like if that's an option. Also maybe the control top skivvies.. if you can wear them. You didn't mention if you're doing much cardio (I would assume you are since you've done such a job on the weight) but maybe…

I was dying for pizza Wednesday.. and ordered. On the bright side, it was only a medium and eaten over the course of several hours as I was going through old papers and such. Even though it blew my calories (even with exercise calories) by >200... I just hit it harder Thursday morning in the exercise dept to help make up…

It hit me last night wanting pizza... so today I added extra exercise to help make up for the calories. My cycles are irregular at best and diet/exercise changes are really throwing me off. *sigh* It will be worth it in the end.

Wow.. I'm 5'8 @331lbs right now and would just be happy to get to 250. I have a large bone structure though and look sickly at 200. I couldn't even imagine less than 200. :(

I was big as a child, not that what I ate was bad, just way too much (both parents were big too). I lost it in college, working out 2-3hrs a day 5 days a week and then started to gain about 2 years later. Packed on the pounds after my first miscarriage and each of the 5 after that added more. (Lots of comfort foods and…
