Hey I just stared 2 days ago. I and currently just focusing on the first 12 week of my program after that I will decide if I want to continue or transition back to regular eating with better habits. I am giving to loose 60lbs by the ends of the 12 weeks.

I forgot to say that the calories on mine came out to about 350 calories for the whole sandwich. I found a low carb pita bread that only had 16carbs which none are from sugar. 8g protein, 7gs fiber, and I believe 3.5 grams of fat, .5 being saturated. The brand is called Toufayan and it's their low carb pita

You could do a meal replacement plan. If the is a Kroger near you they have Luna bars on sale for a dollar also you could get a nutritients shake called Boost they are about 1.15 a piece at Kroger also that way you can spend a little more on dinner.
