  • Agreed. I am struggling right now with eating enough calories. Some days I make it to my 1,100 cal other days I just don't. I'm not sure why. I eat a plant based diet with limited junk food.
  • Just curious what kind of diet are you following? I am questioning everything I've been doing on my plant-based diet.
