I too am starting over. Once upon a time I hit my goal of 135, then life happened. Now I'm approximately 175lbs and a mom of 4. I've come to the conclusion that a diet really isn't an option right now. Changing my habits though, that's my number 1 goal.

Baby steps! I love pasta. So a simple change from noodles to zoodles was easy. I don't like cooked zucchini so I will eat the zoodles raw. I also found a really good cauliflower mash recipe on Pinterest, and I don't even like cauliflower.

Thank you. I have no self control. Like I said I work in a family restaurant. And desserts are my weakness. We have homemade pies and cookies there daily! I eat cookies just about every other day I work. But on a positive note I have cut soda to almost nothing!

Normally for my dinners I follow a recipe then divide it into 4 or 6 depending on who's eating. Then left overs will get portioned into containers and in the fridge. Throughout the day for breakfast and lunch I follow the packages and measure it out with measuring spoons/cups. I currently do not have a scale but it is on…

I usually log everything but this last week I have slacked off with it. But I still have been watching what and how much I eat. I haven't over eaten since the holidays. I eat until I'm satisfied then move on. And technically I am overweight by 40 lbs.

I know my 5 year old can make it half way. There is a park 1 mile from our house which is half way between my house and where the farmer's market is held. Maybe we will start walking there as soon as it gets nice out and the snow melts away. Thanks everyone.

He would be able to get up the hill on his own. He's done it before. I'm mainly think about the long walk then getting to the hill. The hill is very close to my house. And after walking pretty much 4 miles he is going to be very tired.

My grandmother asks me this quite often. One time I was feeling really bad about myself and she asked. And my response was, "no Grandma. I'm just fat" she thankfully has not asked since.

I have noticed that pre-logging does help some. I just have to get into the habit of doing it.

My goal weight is 135. My last lady doctor said that was a good goal to have with my height and build. And I try to eat as much protein as I can but I'm not even eating half the amount as I should.

And how would you go about changing an 8, 5, and 3 year olds to healthy snacks? They are already very picky about what they eat. Also it's rare that they get a ton of junk food. I usually get them animal crackers, cheese crackers, string cheese, and every few weeks I'll buy them the frosted animal crackers.

I can not change the time we eat. My kids go to bed at 7 for school. They usually take an hour to eat.

Honestly I have no idea. But I have to do something for myself so I can keep up with the little ones. I'm tired of being tired.
