welcome! My favorite tip is "no excuses". It's so easy to fall into that trap. Make a commitment to yourself and stick with it. Don't let anything get in the way. Plan your workouts everyday and put it into your calendar if you need to, but make an appointment every day to workout!

congrats on your baby!!! It is tough giving up sweets. I actually cut a drastic amount of sugar out of my diet. It wasn't easy but I just did it! I've never felt better and I've lost about 18lbs. Good luck and feel free to friend me.

Buffalo, NY originally from Queens, NY though. New to this community. I recently changed my lifestyle and have started eating right and working out a lot. Unfortunately my friends have not really come on board with it so I'm hoping to make some new fit friends who understand me.
