I love coffee and love it sweet and white. I've just switched over from powdered creamer to Omega PowerCreamer - High Quality Blend of Grassfed Ghee, Organic Coconut Oil, and MCT Oil with a splash of unsweetened almond milk and stevia. While it's not white, it gives it a nice texture and flavor.

Just started up yesterday and I'm happy to say that at 3:30pm, I'm only 1026 steps short of 10,000 - and I'll be over that before going to bed. Got up and walked for 30 minutes this morning. I'm on my way and just doing it! Yay!!!!

Morning works best for me because I'm not awake enough to argue with myself. By the end of the day I can find plenty of reasons not to exercise. It's working.
