I use carnation breakfast essentials. It comes in single serve packages and pre mixed drinks and as just a tub of the pounder. It's a meal replacement and it usually keeps me full for 3 to 4 hours. I like using it when i don't have time to eat or if im not hungry in the morning but still have to eat. Hope this helps.

Im not able to put my body weight on my shoulders because of a car accident a couple of months ago. Other than planks what could I do? Or is there a way to modify the plank? Right now i do 50 sets of 10 reps. 5 sec break between sets.

You had whats called mini seizer. You shouldn't workout period tell you know for sure what is happening. Drink more water or gaterade it will stop you from having multiple seizures. Tell your doctor every thing you have been doing. Hope you feel better soon.

Try tea or having rose or other flowers that have a scent to them have helped me a lot before i had to start to take medicine for it.

I am doing what's called blogilates. You can do it from levels beginners to advanced. They also have stretching and warm up and cool down plans. It is totally on YouTube. They also have good recipes.

Because my swimming membership ends at the end of july and I will start working more. I do the swimming more for the fun than the workouts. I don't swim for hours.

I ate 3 hours before swimming. What should i set my weight loss at? I am 18,136 lbs,4ft 8. How much should I be eating then.

I drank water before I swam. I never drowned or anything like that. I had stopped for a minute to breathe when I threw up. I only swim for 60min or less by the way. Look at my diary if you think im not eating right. Then tell me I'm not eating right.

Yes im sure. I drink out of the same water bottle every day.

I ate dinner only a couple hours before and I have drank that much water before and not throw up.

I drink that much because I am trying to drink less soda so I'm substitute. Not the water before. I was meaning the pool water.

Before i got in the water. I have drank 7.5 liters of water today. Maybe i don't think so.

The measurement i was using was the location tracker on Google maps. Yes it may be off. I dont know. Thank you for all of you that posted constructive answers and didn't shame me for where and how i walked. For those of you who did it doesn't do anything to me anymore i lived with that stuff daily for 14 of schooling.
