Yes most the time i am thirsty. Could this be happening because of my salt intake? Yes its between green and straw yellow.

I also had it for migraine too. Try eating more foods with iron . That problem disappeares.

Try eat cheese or milk before you workout. It has helped me a lot.

No I'm trying to find a ok one or one that is cheaper or used. I haven't found one yet though. I think that would help a lot too, because I do a lot of work with my horse.

Try the advertised 25 min workout on the blog here. Try to do that at least once a week. Doing this has stopped all my pain. I had to do the easier options for about a month.

Thank you it has been very hard to find something that will work but won't kill me in the process. Trying to find something that works and is cheaper to buy helps. Thank you for posting.

Mis communication on the flippers i do wear a swimming suit. I was meaning more on the side of doing that every time would it hurt me later on. Could the problem with my soles be because I have so small feet and i am not going to grow out of them?
