None of the above. Theres about 3 curved marks toward my toes and about 4 light marks going down towards my heel. I also wear a kides size 1 or 2.

I was thinking about a real corset. I will never use one now that I know what they do overtime and that they don't really work for the purpose of losing weight and building muscle,which is what I only want to do. Thank you for posting.

Thank you for posting. I didn't get this from the Kardashians. I have just seen lots of ads for it and was wondering. I didn't think it would work either but I had to ask. My rest days alternate from Saturday to Sunday. Yes i am eating enough. Im not sure about the drinking enough. I posted another question about how much water i should be drinking earlier.

Most of the days I don't feel good is the days that I have a headache and I am usally sore from the day before.

No gyms. I went to one before I started doing chiropractor and deep massage. They don't know what would be good to try right now. They just want me to exercise. Thanks for the suggestion though. Do you know of any thing else?
