For depression it kind of evens things out. Not exactly great. I lost 10 pounds in the first two weeks but didn't continue losing after that.

So how should I describe my body size? Do you prefer obese?

I have a cheat meal once a week and a cheat day once a month. I eat anything I want on my cheat day. I usually make a list of all my cravings throughout the month so that I could have a good binge on cheat day lol.
