I use the flat out pizza crust as well. I do all different toppings. ( chicken bacon ranch, pepperoni and olive, mushroom and spinach, feta and gyro meat, Hawaiian style, sausage, peppers and onions, hamburger pizza.) Before I found the flat out crust I used English muffins all the time.

Take a deep breath and blow it out slowly. Best piece of advice to give you is start small. Take 1 meal and cut the portion size of what you would normally eat in half.
