I prefer free weights for my strength training. I have done several at home programs (currently doing Body Beast). I think it's great and like most programs works if followed. I've seen increased strength and tone in a relatively short period of time.

I'm doing a Body Beast/Turbo Fire Hybrid and love it. I'm finishing up week 5 and already seeing strength gains.

I am doing Body Beast so use open for that. I've had my watch since launch day and love it. I've collected quite a few achievements as well.
