I like mustard and low cal salsa, their is a lot of low cal flavored mustard. I also use light sour cream to replace a creamy taste..

just remember doctors are not nutritionists and half of them sound like quakes and will get you diet that you don't like. I don't think I could go vegan if I did I know my body would have to adjust to that type of diet. it could take a while..

check you sodium intake. I just switched to eating fruit, no soda real or diet and huge salad at night with protien. I could not find any salad dressing that was healthy they were either calorie dense or low calorie was high in sodium. I use salsa and Flavored Mustard. Tastes pretty good. I am a Security Guard. I have had to work all kind of shifts finally landed a day shift 6 am-2 pm. Monday through Friday which is golden in Security and hard to get. I noticed that too and as I am typing this there is a HOT DOG BITES PIZZA BANNER ON THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE. at least at Ci-Ci's they have a great salad bar. But the hot dog bites is pure junk and I admit it does temp me I am a junk food Junkie...

I am looking for all the help I can get. I just completed my first month of my lifestyle change. I have lost 21 lbs so far and have about 175 lbs to go. I am determined with a little help and support from MFP Friends. I can get this off and say goodbye to the old Mega Me and say hello to Mini-Me.

I started last year. I went off track when my dad died last year and gained weight it took a year to get back but I my diet and exercise is better. Now than beforeit has been easy and even fun. I am only one month in and I hope I don't go off track again...
