I started drinking lemon water (1/2 squeezed lemon with room temp tap water) in the morning before breakfast several months ago. No magic weight loss but it does often cleanse your system ;). I don't do it everyday but My friend swears by it. She drinks it with a dash of cayenne per recommendations from "food babe"

Perhaps you're not eating enough protein. Oatmeal is great but it might not be what you need. Try looking at your macros over the last few days and see where you land. Maybe up the fat and protein since you're mountain biking.

So true! I was recently at the hospital for minor "surgery" and 4 different nurses took my BP and asked if I was a marathon runner because it was 100/60 or a touch lower. Nope!! Just been working my butt off...not literally...I'm trying to build a butt! Lol.

I had pizza cake and ice cream last night but it fit within my day because I knew of it ahead of time. Feel proud you're eating things you enjoy AND its within your goal. That's a step in the right direction already. I only feel "guilty" when I cheat on days there's no room but I pick up the next day and start fresh
