You look stunning! Awesome job. You are a totally different person.

Your progress is incredible. Congrats on your persistence. I agree that the logging is very helpful and does keep you on track. It is so easy to let 5 pounds creep up and than another and another. You will get back to your lowest of last summer without a doubt.

Awesome results

Absolutely amazing! You should be so proud of yourself.

You can do it for sure. Don't get discouraged on days that you feel you have lost control and eat everything in sight! Life happens. I used to do that and give up. Just forgive yourself and move on. One day at a time. Before you know it all the 1/2 lb. losses add up and you are buying smaller clothes. You deserve to feel…

You can do this. Just remember nobody is perfect and you will have your "good" days and "bad" days. Never give up on yourself and don't beat yourself up over a slip up. I did it for years and always wanted a fast fix. We all know that doesn't work. You will be surprised at how those 1/2 lb - 1 lb losses add up. Good luck…

Hello everyone, I am Gina from Northern Wisconsin. I have been on MFP for 1 1/2 years now. Log in daily but have found that I have not been as strict with myself as I had previously. A few pounds (12 to be exact) have crept back over the summer. Looking forward to taking that back off. Good luck to everybody.

I started out at 180 and am down 38 pounds. Looking to lose a couple more. I started in June 2015 and have gradually lost the weight. I find that if I eat more protein it makes a huge difference. I didn't give anything up as I wanted this to be a life style change. The days I eat higher carb foods and less protein I feel…

I have a friend that gets deathly ill from Goji berries.

I like that I have come to accept my body will never be perfect.

It is not realistic to give up things you like. I no longer look at health and fitness as a "diet" or a temporary fix. It is a lifestyle change and as long as you stay active and eat within your calorie range you will lose weight and not feel deprived.

I would use 1/2 the chili and mix with a big bowl of spaghetti squash. The squash takes on the flavor of the chili and has alot less calories.
-
You should be VERY proud. Great job!!!!

I use spaghetti squash as a filler in so many ways. If I have chili I have less (chili) by filling up a bowl with the spaghetti squash and then topping it with chili.. I do this with meat sauce, manicotti recipes, etc. It's a great way to change up your meals with a lower calorie option.

I recently noticed that I weigh less than my drivers license says I do!!

It will continue to say 5 weeks. That is 5 weeks from the day you are currently recording. I wondered the same thing when I started. I have been logging for 2 months now and everyday it says if every day, etc.... If you log your weight you will notice the 5 week # will continue to go down as your weight goes down. Make…
