Definitely don't beat yourself up about it! It happens to everyone. When dieting too much it can lead up to a 'binge' and/or can cause you to break the routine. Start back up with your old diet and fitness but to avoid the guilt from getting totally off track, give yourself a day a week to relax and enjoy some more…
