Bad 2 weeks Angry at myself need motivation

Hello friends I know this may sound stupid but here goes.
I have been of my diet for 2 weeks the diet was going good prior to this. Last week I was 2884 calories over my weekly target and this week I went 1447 over my weekly slight improvement but still over.

I have been fasting for ramadan so iv been unable to do my regular routine which was boxing twice a week and cardio 3-4 days a week iv only been able to do weights 3-4 days a week

Iv been really angry at myself but im going to get my act together and do cardio next time 2-3 days a week and diet will be more strict

    It'll be okay. You've got the right attitude at the end. All you can do is move forward. And if you were doing well before you can get back there!

    Yeah, it's so tough to fast and maintain an intense exercise routine. You'll be ok, you'll make up for it later :smile:

    Definitely don't beat yourself up about it! It happens to everyone. When dieting too much it can lead up to a 'binge' and/or can cause you to break the routine.

    Start back up with your old diet and fitness but to avoid the guilt from getting totally off track, give yourself a day a week to relax and enjoy some more substantial meals.

    You can do it!!!! I'm definitely struggling with starting this whole weight-loss regime so I understand the anger, but stay positive! It's worth it :)
