I play a lot of league of legends for the past two years I've been sitting on my *kitten* playing for hours and eating fast food and drinking soda. I've completely flipped my diet and started working out every day I'm down 10 pounds. Keep working hard guys

I started 2 weeks ago strict diet and exercise! Lost 10 pounds already stick to drinking water!

I do the same thing on Friday and Saturday I tend to go to the bar then occasionally eat fast food after but I feel so bad the next day I literally work my butt off to burn off at least half of the calories I ate

That's great guys! I'll stick to a no fast food diet personally though. It's working and I'll stick to that

Well I know nothing about nutrition so I won't argue I just know that fast foods don't fit a healthy diet. Especially for people that are trying to lose weight.

I have been struggling two but I've been logging my calorie intake and working out about 5 times a week! It's hard but just stay with it!! I have cheated once and it was last night lol but I worked out super hard today. Don't give up giving up is for losers we are not losers remember that.
