  • My pre-pregnancy was 150, at 36 weeks gestation I gained 40 lbs. I am currently 170. I lost 5 lbs in January using mfp but gained it back. I am back on the wagon and my goal weight is 130, but I was thinking that I may try to intensify my workouts at that point and get down to 115. I've always wanted to be in really good…
  • I am picking up the running shoes also, after three years and a baby off, I am ready. I want mfp friends :)
  • I based my assumption on the fact that I pumped 12 oz in a work shift, though my baby probably consumed more because I nursed at night. Sorry it was a while ago, but if you include a glass or two of juice (which I did) or some other high calorie drink, its really easy to consume the calories you burned creating milk.
  • I believe it's 20 calories per ounce you make. Knowing this helped me a lot. I found out too late though, so it has not helped my weight loss. I tended to assume that I made 6 ounces three times a day. Unless you are only pumping or weight your child before and after feedings its difficult to tell.
