Hi Everyone!! Thanks for reading!
I currently am looking to lose about 40 lbs. I recently started running, have already finished a 5k! Looking forward to new beginnings with running. I work full time and attend graduate school part time, so MFP is good for encouraging me to eat foods that fuel my body.
I am looking for support! I'm ready for this journey

Hey! I'm a runner too. I can run 5k and just managed a 10k the other week and what an awesome feeling that was0
