  • Thanks everyone but unfortunately I don't tolerate fibre too well, I do eat fruits and Vegatables. I tried the psyllium but was backed up, bloated for days with little to none movement. An other ideas besides fiber or mag citrate?
  • I know we are talking about trying to sleep, since menopause at 50 and at 62 still going thru it my doctor reccommended I take 1/2 a gravol at bed time and it relaxes me to fall a sleep. I don't feel sluggish or drag my *kitten* the next day and best of all during the night I am not knocked cold. I do take magnesium…
