I think a digital scale is best for accuracy.

You can lose weight without exercising though, say if you're injured and cannot exercise, as long as you're eating less calories than you're burning.

I'm trying to up my potassium too to lower my blood pressure. I eat bananas, kiwi fruit, apples, sweet potato, kale, natural yogurt, avocados, white beans, spinach, dried apricots, mushrooms, squash all for potassium.

I add most of my foods myself, especially fruit and veg as I like to track iron, potassium and vitamins too.

I just calculated how much sugar I've had today, minus fruit and veg and only had 21g of sugar. Quite pleased with that I have to say!!!!!
