Meat alternatives in salads
I'm gradually trying to give up meat and apart from fish have now done so. My problem is I have a salad everyday for lunch, which I really enjoy, but finding it hard to find tasty, healthy meat alternatives. I love tofu, not keen on falafel or beans so what else could I try?

Food for energy?
What food should I be eating to give me energy so that I don't turn to coffee or sugary foods? I'm trying to change my diet to a healthy one that I can sustain and would love to give up caffiene. I'd love some ideas of foods I can take to work or energy high breakfasts.

Cutting down on sugar = no sweet cravings
I've been trying to cut down on sugar at the advice of my doctor, so have been eating around 50g of sugar a day (including natural sugars from fruit & veg) I've been doing this for about 2 weeks now and have noticed I don't crave sweet things anymore. I was just wondering if anyone else has tried this.
