This is almost 2 years of "maintenance", I've manged to stay within about 5 lbs of my goal weight. I really have to stay at it (logging, being mindful) or my weight creeps up.

I'm in! I am injured right now, so I can't do any kind of fitness challenge, I need something to motivate me. Not eating after 8pm seems like a great (challenging) goal. So far I'm Me: 2 LNS 0 My Birthday is this weekend, so I know I'll cheat that one day. I'm going to allow myself 5/30 LNS nights.

I'm following this thread, as I just dislocated my patella and am on full rest for 2 weeks. These are good suggestions.

I'm 5'4, 36 years old. 128lbs. Last year I got down below 125 and my boobs shrank, so I think this is my "sweet spot" weight. I've been recomping since then and I think I "look" leaner & smaller, even though I'm 5-8lbs heavier now. Right about 19% Body Fat, down from 21%

Always about 4-5 lbs and it takes about a week after for it to go away again. It's frustrating!

I love to read, but I find that I have I have to skim over those parts of a novel that have delicious food descriptions in them. Reading about how something tastes is a huge trigger for sweet cravings. I will physically salivate when they make something chocolate!
