Didn't read through all the comments, but perhaps its more dehydration. Try drinking water or do as someone else suggested and eat low calories, nutrition dense foods.

I, personally, don't feel that a few days will ruin months of work. However, I have also had a rough time getting back on track from the weekend. I know it can be difficult to get back into the mindset, but you will. Try to focus on your reasons why you started in the first place and remind yourself what you are working…

I personally use this: http://www.amazon.com/Worlds-Greatest-Rock-Runnning-Tracks/dp/B00B18PKWS/ref=sr_1_115?s=dmusic&ie=UTF8&qid=1437507683&sr=1-115&keywords=running&refinements=p_n_feature_browse-bin%3A625150011 Note: these are not the actual artists, but makes a great playlist.

Agreed. Find what you enjoy doing. Some people run, dance, lift, play on playgrounds, hike, bike, jump, play sports, etc. If you enjoy what your doing, you'll be more likely to stick to and benefit from it.

Definitely talk to your doctor and consider maintaining weight or minimizing gains as oppose to losing. However, if it were me, I would make sure to eat fresh, nutritious foods.

Can I say most of the above? Guilt trips.... those drive me insane.

Along the same lines. I'm 26 and pretty much the only person in my family that's overweight. My sister has probably never left a size 0 and my mom has been working hard to put on some weight. Any of you can feel free to add me, would love the support

I was doing it for a while. I just stopped eating around 7pm or so and didn't eat again until 11am. I've never been big on eating breakfast, so it wasn't a big deal for me. It can help by creating an eating window and help from going over on calories, but if you binge out in that window it defeats the purpose.

I agree with many things people have said. I, personally, don't deny myself anything because it has always been my downfall in the past. This time, I'm trying to either 1. replace my craving with healthier versions when possible or 2. give in, but in small amounts. I have found it to be important to be conscious of what…

I know exactly what you mean! I'm starting once again myself. Hang in there and best of luck to you!

Agreed. Also, I personally don't believe that our bodies "get used" to the things we do, but our strength and endurance increase. If you like what you are doing, just find ways to make it more challenging.

Thank you! I appreciate the encouragement and hope to build a support system through MFP myself.

Thanks for that! You are absolutely right. I just need to change my mindset on it

It makes me feel bad when I'm trying to eat healthy and people are eating fried, greasy, salty, sugary, etc. foods right in front of me. I know it shouldn't effect me so much, but it does :disappointed:

Thank you everyone! I appreciate the support and the suggestions. This means a bunch to me
