At times I have a similar issue with some of my macros/caloric intake data entry. I usually am in a deficit of a couple cals but over if you feel well, and not hungry than listen to your body. Feel free to add me :) looking for motivating people to follow

I think everybody's body responds different to exercise/diet. You mentioned you started about four weeks ago at 1265 which puts you in a big caloric deficit. The first 5-10 lbs are usually easy to come off. Now that you added weight training you may lose lbs much slower but your waist line will feel/see a big difference.…

Completely agree with you, it's all a matter of preference. I'm currently doing cardio fasted as well. Jog/hike up the mountain nice and early in the morning.

Nice to meet you! It sounds like a lot of us have experienced the same. I am also a Registered Nurse for a trauma center in Cal. I started intermittent fasting 2 weeks ago and I am down 10 lbs. I feel energetic, and have nothing but positive comments to say about it. It also works out very well for the 12 hour shifts.…

I love my morning coffee ☕️. I do intermittent fasting and it's the best way to hold my fast without adding calories. My second cup is with my first meal of the day, nice and creamy. I have lost 10 lbs in the last couple of weeks and coffee hasn't affected in a negative way. Cheers :)

Yea, I am tracking my macro intake, while not putting myself in a caloric deficit. Even without cutting my calories I managed to lose 7 pounds in just a week.

We are all doing great

It sounds like you're doing it without trying! Haha good job

Thanks for your insightful tips! Just by looking at your pic for your profile I can tell you're doing really well with it

Thanks for the tips you guys, 4th day in and I'm feeling good :)

I'm eating 2 big meals watching my caloric/macro intake. I am snacking in between, I struggled yesterday to hit my caloric intake, I was about 200 cals in deficit. I am definitely learning how to balance it all out. I will post my progress in about a week.

Congrats on that great achievement! What do you use? 16:8/20:4?

Hence the reason I am watching my macro/micro intake. :) thanks for your opinion sir.

I read quite a few articles on I.F, I am counting my caloric intake and macro intake as well. I want to shed some fat, get lean. I have an athletic build :) just want to feel/be healthier.

That's awesome! I will be updating my progress every week. Do you guys suggest I workout before or after I eat?
