I had the WORST start to my 12 mile run this morning... cramping, sore legs, sides burning... but with a quick encouragement from my husband, I pushed through it, and finally got into my running groove. So thankful for runs like today that teach me how to persevere through hard runs and cherish the ones that come easy. :)

Hope it's not too late for me to join! This month kicks off my official half marathon training! Can't wait to log those miles away and hopefully work up to a faster pace before race day in November.

I'm off to a slow start since we went on vacation July 1-8, but I am back on track now and still looking to meet my 100 mile goal! Yay for setting the bar high and crushing goals! :)

Hoping to log 100 miles by the end of June! We are going on vacation on July 1st, so this is a perfect goal timeline for me. Yay! So excited to join in the running fun!

It took me 12 months to lose 70 pounds (which is 31.75 kg). Take care of yourself and eat food that is nourishing to your body... real food. whole food. non-processed food. When you take good care of yourself nutritionally and treat your body with respect, your weight tends to take care of itself too.

Hi there! I'm 24 years old, 5'7 and I'm trying to lose those last pesky 5-10 pounds. I lost about 70 pounds last year, so I totally understand the need for motivation and support. Add me!

So fun to see more women my height! 24 years old. 5'7. 119lbs. US jeans size 0/2 depending on the brand and XS tops. I try to exercise at least 5 days a week. I mix it up from day to day so that I don't get bored with my exercise, so my usual week this includes a bit of weight lifting (I take a Les Mills BodyPump…

I've been on an intermittent fasting schedule (only eating from 11am - 7pm) for over a year now, and I'm never going back! I know that with eating right and exercising, I would have lost the same amount of weight eventually, but I KNOW that IF has sped up this process a ton! Plus, my energy levels have increased majorly…

I'm also in my 20's and I lost 67lbs in a year. Quick weight loss at first, then it slowed waaaayyy down as I approached my goal weight. Just stay consistent, eat clean/whole foods (avoiding processed junk), and your weight loss will happen! You can do this! :)

Thanks everyone! I really appreciate the help! And @herbivorinator Add me! Sounds like we are on the same journey with our health  @Hornsby @engodwin @I_Will_End_You - I'm looking at Strong Lifts now and I think it might be just right for me! Thank you for the suggestion!

@vczk2t15 - I appreciate your concern! The truth is, I am BEYOND happy with my weight loss and I am 100% in love with the body that I have worked so hard for over the past year. I've actually never felt so empowered and proud of myself! But I am always looking for ways to better myself and improve myself. So, my question…

@evileen99 - Thank you so much for that visual! It certainly helps to see that it's possible since I have been so discouraged lately. Does anyone know how long it would be until I started seeing some results... I'm not talking like body builder abs, but just wondering if I even have a shot at making some noticeable…

@Hornsby - Yikes! :# ;) Ok, I'll try it! I just don't want to look dumb since I'm not 100% sure that my form or whatever would be right... #gymtimidation Wish me luck! lol
