I use a charge hr, what I do is I do not calculate my food with the fitbit app. I use fitbit for exercise and mfp for food. And I snyc them together so food shows up on the fit it database and any extra calories earned comes here. Idk If that helps

I work in a nursing home and work with some larger ladies. I'm talking about the 300-400 lbs range. They always complain to me about their weight, however I watch them go to the kitchen and stuff their scrubs with cookies... :/ saying they deserve it because they're having a bad day.
