I use the nuvaring for birth control and, on my doctor's advice, keep it in on a 4-week cycle so I don't get a period. It makes my life SO much easier! You should talk to your doc about it!

You could try a well-balanced nutrition shake. I'm partial to one by Advocare in "chocolate mocha." It'll bump you up by a couple hundred calories and could soothe your sweet cravings.

Let go of that shame!! You made a tiny human!! Congratulations! MFP is amazing... use it! Track your meals, do so honestly, and you'll begin to see small changes that will compound in time.
