Hi,
My name is Ebony & Ive been 135 pounds my whole adult life. When I had my daughter in May that all changed for me. I now weigh 182 pounds & i am so uncomfortable with my self. My husband doesn't say anything about it he doesn't make me feel bad.
I feel like I lack motivation I want to lose weight but I make excuses & I usually eat whatever is in front of me when I can because, well Mommy duties are always calling.
Ive ever been this heavy & ive never gained this much weight this fast.
Im looking to change, i need support, i need new methods, i need a change.
-a shameful 182 pound mother.

MFP is amazing... use it! Track your meals, do so honestly, and you'll begin to see small changes that will compound in time.0
