  • Hi Daniel. I'm an Arizonan too! I'm not a runner and am impressed when people mention running workouts. 4 miles a day is great, and I can't even imagine your doubling it. The weight will just fall off you! What do you do in the heat of the summer?
  • This is fantastic! It would definitely motivate me. :)
  • Ditto this!

  • I'll let her know. Thanks!
  • @superdeedooper7 I sent a message to Serendipity and she's updated your weigh-in day to Friday.
  • superdeedooper7 (Run Track Mind) said she has a Fri weigh in when the spread sheet lists Tues. I've sent her a link to the spreadsheet and asked her to double check with you. :)
  • You're listed as a Tues. weigh-in on the spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1uoFwxTOoaJG-BGwQt_HRrJjm3zNg0K4jnx8fXe1_DLE/edit#gid=1165480238 Please double check with @Serendipity0913
  • Hi Team. How's everyone doing? We have lots of Tuesday weigh-in people: @superdeedooper7 @ahelgers10 @gatorbob353 @kbrunner2 , and me. :) Don't forget to post your weight: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10357183/week-1-weigh-in-results-submit-between-apr-2-apr-8#latest
  • Aloha, Frankie! You're post is inspiring. I love how active you are, taking advantage of your beautiful state! May daughter moved to Maui 5 years ago and absolutely loves it there. I miss her so much, but it gives me a good reason to visit Hawaii every year.
  • Welcome to the team!
  • What you're doing is obviously working - Fantastic loss! Congratulations. And you're oh so close to onederland! :)
  • Thanks!
  • SW for this challenge (2/27): 192.4 CW (4/02): 183.2 -9.2
  • @ahelgers10 Happy 30th! You mentioned portion control. That's my struggle too. Do you weigh and measure your food? It's helped me a lot. It amazes me how small a serving size usually is! @FluffySquid OMG I love the idea of hula hooping! @Idabah Welcome Ida! So glad you're going to do this with us. :) @superdeedooper7 -…
  • I plan to prep my food on the weekend for the week so I can quickly grab healthy meals. I'll log my food daily on MFP and stay within my calorie allowance. I'll walk 30 min. a day. I'll try to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night. I'll weigh in each Tuesday (my weigh in day for the challenge)
  • Hi everyone! @NorwegianGuy a little competition can be a motivator for me too. I'm wishing you lots of success this month! @lja860813 I'm so excited for you! I got my BS.Ed. when my children were young, and taught for 15 years until my little one graduated high school. It was the best career for blending with the needs of…
  • Hi. Run Track Mind captain here. :) We are missing weights for idabah, kindlemine3400, and eddiek10. I've sent them each a private message to post today so hopefully they will do so soon.
  • Hi Amiee. Great goal. You look amazing in your profile pic.
  • Your home must be full of crazy, wonderful activity each day. I grew up in a big family (6 children) and loved it! My hat's off to you. <3
  • I'll be weighing in on Tuesdays. If no one else wants to be team captain, I don't mind doing it.
  • Hi @matthewsfive ! I can relate to gaining weight after losing. It creeps right back up on me if I don't pay attention. I think it's great that you've been so successful in the past and then gotten a jump on it right away so you didn't gain it all back. I've no doubt you'll do this.
  • @klelk2 Hi Keylee! I like your goals. :) Hi Team! I'm glad Serendipity decided to create some more teams because these challenges help me a lot. I like having a team to check in with and cheer on (and be cheer-ed on). I'm 49 yrs. old. I've always yo-yo'd up and down with the same 80ish lbs. I'd like this to be the last…
  • I've lost 55 lbs on a 1200 cal. diet and walking 30 min. a day. I've gone from 238 to 183. I want to get to 150 and I've no doubt it'll happen because it ultimately comes down to CICO. I became a vegan, now vegetarian, shortly after starting my diet so I tend to eat a lot of vegetables and legumes that add bulk to my diet.…
  • Look at you - Fantastic! The transformation isn't just in the pictures, but it's apparent from what you wrote that there's an inner transformation happening. Thanks for sharing!
  • SW (2/27): 192.4 CW (3/26): 184 - 8.4 lbs. On track to lose 20 lbs by June! :) Looks like everyone is doing well. Great job!
  • When I'm overweight I go into a little bubble and stop doing the things I love because I'm either embarrassed or too tired. When I'm feeling good I meet up with friends, hike, have fun with fashion, etc. I'm a photographer which is surprisingly physical and when I was obese it was hard to do a photo shoot without getting…
  • I think you've been given some good advice regarding food. Protein tends to keep people satisfied longer and bulking up with fiber will help too. Plus, our stomachs stretch so it takes a bit after being off the wagon to shrink it back down. But, I'm wondering if you've ever had your hormones checked. You've been so…
