I would recommend soy milk over almond. 7 grams of protein versus 1/2 grams in almond. Also try hemp protein powder instead of whey protein.

Make the salad part the night before and pack the dressing separate. Newman's Own olive oil and vinegar doesn't require refrigeration. Add nuts and seeds to your salad for crunch and extra protein.

Try this recipe for roasted vegetables. You can use whatever you want (except celery which tastes gross roasted). Yesterday I made it with 2 skin-on red potatoes, 2 beets, 1 fennel bulb, and 2 small sweet onions.
