Best free half marathon trainer app?
I've used Zen Labs c2 5k/10k trainer app, but I would like to use a half marathon trainer before running the tough mudder. I noticed that Zen labs does not have a free version. Any opinions about another app brand?

Sprained/broken toe
So I had a bad moment yesterday and pulled too hard on a metal drawer that usually gets stuck. Needless to say the whole drawer came out and landed on my second and third toes. Jogging stroller
I run with a double jogging stroller and my 3 year old and 15 month old. It's just awkward. I run about 2 minutes faster per mile without it but I rarely get the chance to do that. Anyone else run with a jogging stroller and have any tips as to form? I dunno I try one handed two handed and it's just awkward.

Low carb breakfast
breakfast is a serious struggle for me. I am vegetarian and lactose free. I struggle with breakfast because everything is such high carbs. I'm looking for a better way to start my day. Any ideas?

What is success?
what are you measuring success by? Your goal weight? How do you figure out what your goal weight is? The amount of exercise you can do? The percentage of body fat? I'm currently a work in progress. I keep changing my goals. Just wondering when you decided you were a "success story."

when did you buy new clothes? A lot of mine are getting too big, but I still have about 15lbs to lose. I don't want to buy too much. Not exactly in the budget right now with paying for nursing school out of pocket.

CNA job
i work as a "pool" CNA currently. I usually work 1-2x a week. I have my activity level set to "lightly active " because I am a mom/nursing student most days. How do I count the days when I am at work? I know my calories burned are much higher those days.
