Stress fracture

I have a possible stress fracture in my foot. My doctor told me to wait a couple of days before coming in to assess the damage. Obviously I am not going to run or do impact activities, but what can I do?

    Swim, upper body lifts that don't stress that foot. Leg extensions and curls. Core work
