I'm trying out a beet and turnip gratin (veggies from the CSA) along with grilled zucchini and hummus sandwich on French bread. What are you eating tonight?

Tonight I'm having leftover Pollo Guisado I made. (chicken breast with broth, tomato paste, spices, onion, jalapeno) along with corn tortillas. It's soooo good.

Last night was grilled salmon, roasted asparagus, and baked sweet potato. Tonight I'm thinking tacos, buffalo chicken and grilled shrimp.
